What Makes Caja…
Caja?
Caja (pronounced “ka-ha”) is the word for “box” in Spanish and is a riff on the ubiquitous fried chicken paper box/bucket.
Our chicken is marinated in cayenne hot sauce, garlic, and spices, breaded in our signature seasoned flour blend, and pressure fried in 100% beef tallow. Plus, it's free from all major allergens, including gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish!
